I was on my way to the airport after three days at #IBMimpact last week when Jake Ludington of Delighted Robot ambushed me for a quick video interview. We talked about social business ROI (social media ROI in a business context), the cloud, the vital role that technology now plays in market intelligence and decision-making (especially for small and medium-sized businesses), and building bridges between operational silos, especially in regards to connecting the CTO, the CIO and the CMO.
While we were talking about business stuff, my hands apparently gave away my famous Mediterranean chicken soup recipe. Watch and learn.

And yes, many of the things I talked about in this video are mentioned in Social Media ROI – Managing and Measuring Social Media Efforts in your Organization. There’s a reason it is #1 Social Business desk reference for executives and digital managers 3 years in a row. Pick up a few copies for yourself and your team if you haven’t already. You’ll be glad you did.
